Merak is the second whisky in Spirit of Hven's Seven Stars series. This Swedish single malt combines moderate peat smoke with floral, herbal and gently sweet aromatic layers.

Peat smoke and liquorice are joined by leather, herbs, orange blossom and rose, with a light salty impression. Vanilla and chocolate emerge behind peppery spice, while the palate is fresh and lively with an herbal bite.
Distilled on the island of Hven in the Öresund strait between Sweden and Denmark. The family distillery was founded in 2008 and makes its single malt from barley through to bottling on the island.
