Ripe lemon, juicy pear and peach aromas unfold into white flowers, ginger and pink pepper. The palate combines an enveloping texture with fresh citrus and tropical-fruit flavours, finishing long and delicate.
The house blends Chardonnay from numerous Champagne crus, principally in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vallée de la Vesle. Reserve wines add continuity across releases, with stainless-steel fermentation and malolactic fermentation contributing to the cuvée's rounded style.
