Lemon, baked apple and floral aromas mingle with toasted biscuit. The palate is creamy yet fresh, with cherry and citrus flavours, chalky mineral notes and a lightly saline finish.
The Champagne house began as Dubois Père & Fils in 1776 and took Louis Roederer's name when he inherited it in 1833. Brut Premier combined wines from several harvests, including oak-aged reserves, to maintain continuity of style. It preceded the house's numbered Collection range.
