Origin & history

François Legras and Brigitte Haas established Legras & Haas in 1991, combining long family winegrowing experience with a new Champagne house in Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs. Their sons Olivier, Rémi and Jérôme continued the business. Tradition combines the region's three principal varieties, with Chardonnay accounting for around half of the blend in documented releases.
