Le Rosé du Soula comes from the elevated Fenouillèdes vineyards of Roussillon, where the estate works with biodynamic farming and restrained winemaking. This small-production rosé belongs to a range shaped by the cooler foothills of the Pyrenees rather than the coastal plains.

Le Soula began with Gérard Gauby and British wine merchants Roy Richards and Mark Walford, releasing its first 2001 wines in 2003. The project restored neglected high-altitude vineyards in the Fenouillèdes. Its rosé is associated with decomposed granite and gneiss soils; the producer documents Syrah from Felluns for its 2022 release.
