This Laurent-Perrier cuvée draws Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, including villages such as Avize, Cramant and Villers-Marmery. Launched in 2019, it extends the house's work with non-dosage Champagne. Grapes are selected for sufficient ripeness and balanced acidity, allowing the finished wine to receive no sweetening dosage.
