Origin & history

Inglenook was founded in Rutherford by Gustave Niebaum in 1879. Rubicon, first produced in 1978, represents a selection of the estate's finest vineyard blocks. The 2019 combines 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot, and matured for twenty months in French oak before bottling in June 2021.
