Wisteria and acacia blossom lead the aromas, joined by green apple and lemon. Fine, persistent bubbles accompany fresh acidity and a mineral note, giving a crisp, balanced palate with a light, harmonious texture.
The grapes come from Giusti's Abbazia and Sienna estates in the Asolo Prosecco area of Veneto. Their soils tend towards clay, with a reddish colour from iron oxides. The Sienna estate houses the underground winery. The Glera undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation, followed by a second fermentation in pressurised tanks.
