Origin & history

The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked in the Cote des Blancs, in France's Champagne region, and selected for distillation. The brand took almost two years to develop its first bottle. Its name recalls Marie Antoinette, who became known as Veuve Capet after the death of Louis XVI.
