Light smoky aromas combine with cedar, brown sugar and a fine perfumed note. Fig, mushroom, raspberry and spiced plum fill a generous but well-shaped palate, ending with freshness, gentle herbs and satisfying weight.
Imperial was introduced by CVNE in 1920 and takes its name from an early bottling for the English market in imperial-pint bottles. Made within the historic Haro winery, it reflects Rioja Alta vineyards and the house's tradition of selecting exceptional harvests.
