Red berries, rose water and candied pomegranate create a rich perfume. Raspberry jam and blood-orange marmalade fill a lush, dense palate, while brisk acidity balances the fruit and sustains a vibrant finish.
Made from Pinot Noir grown around Cologne and Coccaglio, Corte Fusia Rosé comes from the Monte Orfano area of southern Franciacorta. Brief skin contact gives the wine its colour before fermentation in stainless steel and a second fermentation in bottle.
