Origin & history

Billecart-Salmon was founded in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in 1818 following the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. Brut Nature brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier in a cuvee that emphasises the house's restrained, balanced style without a sweetening dosage.
