Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth — bitter, red and unapologetic.
Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz Campari and 1 oz sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice or peel, and serve.
