• Espresso or strong coffee
• Ice cubes
• Lemon juice
• Sugar or sugar syrup
• Cold water (optional)

How to make it

Cool 60 ml strong coffee or double espresso, then pour over ice with 15-25 ml lemon juice and sugar syrup to taste. Add cold water if desired and garnish with lemon.
